NunaMinerals' investor relations policy

It is NunaMinerals' policy to provide open and adequate information on a timely basis to investors, analysts and other stakeholders about the company's affairs subject to regulatory requirements and based on the applicable standards and recommendations considered relevant by the company. The company emphasises continuity, quality and consistency in its communication of information and seeks at all times to live up to the highest standards within this area.

It is NunaMinerals' investor relations policy that:

  • publication of inside information, that is information deemed to be of appreciable importance to the pricing of the company's shares, will first be effected through the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen and immediately thereafter through the website of NunaMinerals for the information to be disseminated simultaneously to all parties to the extent possible. In addition, such announcements will also be sent by e-mail to subscribers who have registered through the NunaMinerals website. Subscribers will receive the information in connection with the publication through the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen.
  • other published information will be made available to all parties through the company's website.
  • the company will endeavour to maintain an open dialogue with the equity market and its stakeholders based on continuity and high quality of information provided.
  • it will be at the disposal of all investor relations stakeholders.
  • during a period of three weeks prior to the date of any planned publication of interim reports, no comments will be made on matters relating to the company's general financial results or outlook.

Investor relations information sources

1. The Internet
NunaMinerals provides information about the company's activities through the Internet in order to create accessibility for all investors. As the central source of information about NunaMinerals, the NunaMinerals website must comprise current information as well as archives of previously released information. The pages must be available in Danish-language and English-language versions to the extent relevant.

2. Financial reports, stock exchange announcements and other ways of publishing inside information
Publication will be effected as provided by law through the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. Immediately thereafter, the information will be published on the company's website. Financial reports and stock exchange announcements will be released simultaneously in a Danish-language and an English-language version. Supplementary information such as technical reports will also be published on the company's website, but will mainly be available in English.

3. Webcasts
The publication of annual and semi-annual financial statements will be webcast. The webcast will subsequently be available on the company's website.

4. External conferences and presentations
Presentations held at conferences, roadshows, investor meetings and the like will be made available on the website as soon as possible after being held.
5. Meetings with investor relations stakeholders
It is the Group's policy to be at the disposal of interested investors and analysts in large or small groups as well as individually. At such meetings, the company's affairs will be reviewed and discussed, but no inside information may be passed on.

6. General meetings
The general meeting is the supreme authority of NunaMinerals. Here, the company's shareholders have the opportunity to take the floor and ask questions to the Supervisory Board and to exercise their influence in a vote on the business transacted at the general meeting.
